Problem
Rural youth graduate from formal education without practical, market-linked skills for a rapidly changing agricultural economy, while employers and enterprises face a chronic shortage of technicians and operators.
HDIC approach
HDIC operates a residential and cohort-based training campus with practical processing facilities, links every graduate to an enterprise or employment pathway, and structures scholarships for eligible women and youth participants.
